Great opportunity: vertical milling machine operator (New Jersey)

Join our team: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Salem County, New Jersey. Day-to-day duties: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm What we are looking for: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
