We are recruiting: tandoor cook (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Daviess County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Overtime paid at a premium rate.
