Scaffold fitter • Jos South, Plateau State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Jos South, Plateau State. You will be based on a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment The role involves dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. ₦1,300 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
