Join our team: we are hiring a packing operative in Monroe County, Iowa. You will work at an FMCG production plant. The role involves: • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch Requirements: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
