You should have: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms Day to day you will check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; fault-find control boards and defrost timers.
