On a typical shift you will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans.
