Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Jackson County, Alabama. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness Rotating shifts.
