MIG/MAG welder wanted in Phillips County

Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Phillips County, Colorado. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. On a typical shift you will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead. What we are looking for: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • ITI in welder trade or equivalent At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
