Finish carpenter — Yadkin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Yadkin County, North Carolina. You will be based on a busy construction site. Day to day you will cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
