Safety marshal • McCone County, Montana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in McCone County, Montana. Your main tasks: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Rotating shifts. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
