Join our team: fabricator-welder (Sokoto State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Isa, Sokoto State. You will work at a busy sheet-metal workshop. The role involves: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
