Paint booth operator • Bradley County, Tennessee

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Bradley County, Tennessee. Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
