Vacancy available: powder coating sprayer (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Meade County, Kentucky. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time, day shift.
