Urgent requirement: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Wyoming County, New York. You will work at a property maintenance company. What we are looking for: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage The role involves: • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
