Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Monona County, Iowa. You will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
