Scaffold fitter — Ottawa County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Ottawa County, Kansas. Requirements: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Your main tasks: • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
