Floor supervisor wanted in Grundy County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a floor supervisor in Grundy County, Iowa. You will be based at a beach resort. On the job you will handle: • Report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering • Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room • Carry out turndown service in the evening • Dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals • Restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals Ideal candidate: • Team player who clears rooms under time pressure • Able to operate vacuum, buffing and carpet-shampoo machines • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
