Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Sherman County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster On a typical shift you will work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; check for underground cables and services before digging; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
