Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Austin County, Texas. The role involves: • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
