Lift erector — Winnebago County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift erector in Winnebago County, Illinois. Day to day you will adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Full-time, day shift.
