You will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot 1+ years on the tools preferred.
