Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Calhoun County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Rotating shifts.
