Lift installation engineer wanted in Macon County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Macon County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Run load and overload tests with test weights Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Valid driving licence for site call-outs At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
