Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Palo Pinto County, Texas. You will work in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
