Join our team: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Roberts County, Texas. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Day to day you will tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Rotating shifts.
