Floor screeder wanted in Kent County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a floor screeder in Kent County, Maryland. You will work in a residential housing project. You will compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Part-time with flexible hours.
