Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffolding labourer in Butler County, Kentucky. You will work on an industrial refinery shutdown. Requirements: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns Your main tasks: • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage 2+ years on the tools preferred.
