Urgent requirement: lifting rigger (Kansas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Washington County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy construction site. On a typical shift you will inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
