You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Day-to-day duties: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing 5+ years on the tools preferred.
