Semi-automatic welder wanted in Anderson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Anderson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Ideal candidate: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
