The role involves: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Performance bonus on top of base pay.
