Brickwork mason • Plymouth County, Massachusetts

We are recruiting: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Plymouth County, Massachusetts. Day to day you will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. You should have: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
