We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Kerr County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels What we are looking for: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Rotating shifts.
