Gas pipe fitter — Choctaw County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Choctaw County, Mississippi. Your main tasks: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Able to read isometric and site drawings Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
