Fire and safety officer wanted in Atakunmosa West

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Atakunmosa West, Osun State. You will be based on a high-rise building project. The role involves stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. What we are looking for: • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
