Earthmoving equipment operator wanted in Calhoun County

Join our team: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Calhoun County, Michigan. You will be based at a land-clearing site. Day to day you will push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; refuel the machine and record running hours; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $140 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
