Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Full-time with occasional weekends.
