Urgent requirement: machine setter-operator (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Baraga County, Michigan. The role involves: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers You should have: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery 5+ years on the tools preferred.
