Great opportunity: coating plant operator (Alabama)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Crenshaw County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
