Garment machinist wanted in Kalgo

Join our team: we are hiring a garment machinist in Kalgo, Kebbi State. Day to day you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. You should have: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
