Glass cutter wanted in Morehouse Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass cutter in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a double glazing firm. Requirements: • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes On the job you will handle: • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass 2+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
