Vacancy available: we are hiring a shopfront glazier in Palo Pinto County, Texas. The job is at a glass and aluminium factory. Requirements: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders The role involves grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
