Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale The role involves apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
