Join our team: we are hiring an escalator technician in LaGrange County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 4+ years on the tools preferred.
