Join our team: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Screven County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits.
