Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Alachua County, Florida. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. Day to day you will fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals. What we are looking for: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) 5+ years on the tools preferred.
