Production welder — Russell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production welder in Russell County, Alabama. The job is at an automobile body shop. Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding On a typical shift you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
