The role involves cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour. You should have: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
