Lathe programmer-operator • Sir Powys, Wales

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Sir Powys, Wales. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Day to day you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
