Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Bowman County, North Dakota. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Full-time with occasional weekends.
